**About the role**

We currently have an exciting Support Manager opportunity available at our Kallangur store. We are looking for an experienced retail leader who is energetic, creative, and looking to lead from the front. This role is perfect for someone who is enthusiastic, hands on, and willing to contribute their own ideas to grow and lead the store and team to success.

**Skills and experience**
- Experience in Discount Variety or the Supermarket Industry is a must.
- Experience in merchandising.
- Experience in a management position.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with customers with confidence.
- Ability to work in a team and solve problems.
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to drive sales and meet targets.
- Capable of successfully managing a team of up to ten.

This is a very fast paced position involving heavy lifting and the use of pallet jacks, ladders and safety steps.
