- 9:00am (arrive by 8:45am)
- 1:00pm (arrive by 12:45pm) No pre-registration required—simply attend your preferred session. Personal interviews will follow immediately after the information session. Available Roles We are recruiting FIFO Chefs of all levels, offering both full‑time and casual opportunities.

- Minimum Cert III in Commercial Cookery
- FIFO experience is an advantage, but not essential
- Physically fit and comfortable with 10–12 hour shifts
