- Matched voluntary super contributions up to 1% About the role As part of our HR team, you’ll partner closely with leaders to build confident, capable people leadership and high‑performing teams. This is a hands‑on, influential role where you’ll shape workforce strategy, support change and bring our values to life through practical, people‑centred solutions. Key responsibilities
- Partner with leaders on workforce planning, attraction, recruitment, onboarding, performance and succession
- Drive People & Culture workforce strategies that strengthen capability, EVP, engagement and retention
- Ensure compliance with legal, industrial and regulatory obligations—always balancing rigour with compassion
- Provide balanced, confidential and values‑aligned advice while managing organisational risk
- Lead and support grievance investigations and disciplinary processes About you
- A good sense of humour
- Sound judgement and critical thinking, even in complex situations
- Solid working knowledge of HR practice and employment legislation
- Qualifications and/or experience in HR, OD or a related field
- Empathy, emotional intelligence and a strong sense of fairness
