An I currently live on the south side of Canberra. Kambah. I'm looking for a training partner or partners. Who are keen on weight lifting. An big on cardio training. Like boxing jogging mountain bike riding. I have a semi good set up at home . An very keen to get back into training.
If your silly fit plz come train get me going . If your unfit. But wanting to get fit . Plz come an train . I do enjoy all kinds of exercise. An I have some really good routines . But I lack knowledge of diet though.

Look at the end of the day . I don't care if your new to it or been training for yrs . If your male or female. Younger or older then me I just want someone who is willing to not only push them selfs but push me as well. Just like I will do to you. .
