Retail Assistant (Kambah)

1. **Customer Service**:

- **Assist customers** with product inquiries, complaints, and locating items in the store.
- **Provide a positive shopping experience**, ensuring customers feel welcomed and valued.
- **Handle returns and exchanges** with professionalism and in accordance with store policies.

2. **Stocking and Merchandising**:

- **Restock shelves** regularly, ensuring products are neatly arranged and easily accessible.
- **Check product freshness** and expiration dates, removing any expired items from the shelves.
- **Set up attractive product displays** and ensure the store layout is visually appealing and organized.

3. **Team Collaboration**:

- **Work closely with team members**, offering support where necessary, and ensuring a positive work environment.
- **Assist management** in training current staff or mentoring junior team members.
- **Communicate effectively** with colleagues to address challenges, share updates, and resolve issues.

4. **Problem Solving and Initiative**:

- **Identify potential issues**, such as low stock or customer concerns, and take appropriate actions to resolve them.
- **Show initiative** by stepping in when help is needed, whether it’s assisting with a busy checkout or restocking shelves during peak hours.
- **Handle customer complaints** calmly and professionally, seeking solutions or escalating to a manager when necessary.

5. **Promotions and Sales**:

- **Promote store deals, sales, and loyalty programs** to customers, helping to boost sales and customer engagement.
- **Upsell products** in a friendly and non-pushy manner to increase store revenue.
