As the Retail Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store, leading a dedicated team to ensure smooth functioning and customer satisfaction. You will play a vital role in maintaining store standards, driving sales, and creating a positive and engaging atmosphere for both customers and staff.
- Planning and managing the range of products, inventory levels, and quality of customer service.
- Developing and executing purchasing and marketing strategies, as well as determining pricing structures.
- Creating and implementing promotional and advertising campaigns for the store’s products and services.
- Assisting customers with purchases and providing guidance on product usage.
- Keeping accurate records of inventory and financial activities.
- Preparing and managing the establishment’s budget.
- Overseeing the recruitment, training, and management of staff.
- Ensuring adherence to occupational health and safety standards.
- Coordinating and supervising the day-to-day operations of a retail business.
- Proven experience in retail management or a similar role for at least 1 year or more.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional customer service abilities.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.
- Solid understanding of inventory control and financial management.
- High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining store standards.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
