Retail Assistant Kambah

Customer Service:

Assist customers with product inquiries, complaints, and locating items in the store.

Provide a positive shopping experience, ensuring customers feel welcomed and valued.

Handle returns and exchanges with professionalism and in accordance with store policies.

Stocking and Merchandising:

Restock shelves regularly, ensuring products are neatly arranged and easily accessible.

Check product freshness and expiration dates, removing any expired items from the shelves.

Set up attractive product displays and ensure the store layout is visually appealing and organized.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with team members, offering support where necessary, and ensuring a positive work environment.

Assist management in training current staff or mentoring junior team members.

Communicate effectively with colleagues to address challenges, share updates, and resolve issues.

Problem Solving and Initiative:

Identify potential issues, such as low stock or customer concerns, and take appropriate actions to resolve them.

Show initiative by stepping in when help is needed, whether it’s assisting with a busy checkout or restocking shelves during peak hours.

Handle customer complaints calmly and professionally, seeking solutions or escalating to a manager when necessary.

Promotions and Sales:

Promote store deals, sales, and loyalty programs to customers, helping to boost sales and customer engagement.

Upsell products in a friendly and non-pushy manner to increase store revenue.

Pay: $23.23
- $25.00 per hour
