Budget Wedding Videographer is all about capturing unforgettable moments for couples—beautifully and affordably. We’re growing fast and looking for a passionate, confident, people-savvy assistants to help us deliver the best experience on wedding days.

The Role:

We’re looking for a Wedding Videography Assistant who’s confident enough to take the lead when needed—especially when it comes to organising people for group shots. You’ll help coordinate the flow of the day, assist with gear, and work closely with the videographer to make sure we never miss a moment.

No video or wedding experience required
- just the right attitude and a willingness to learn!

What You’ll Be Doing:

Keeping track of the run sheet and staying one step ahead

Helping direct guests and bridal party for group photos and video scenes

Assisting with camera equipment setup and transitions

Moving quickly and efficiently between locations/shoots

Supporting the lead videographer with whatever’s needed on the day

Capturing behind-the-scenes phone content for social media using phone or pocket camera (training provided)

Who You Are:

Confident, loud, and not afraid to speak up

Excellent with people
- friendly, qualified, and upbeat

Able to take initiative and think on your feet

Comfortable giving direction to large groups

Physically active
- able to move around quickly all day

Not afraid to take creative risks and problem solve in real time

Comfortable using a phone to capture photos/videos for social media

Bonus Points If You:

Have wedding, events, or production experience

Own transport and can travel to venues around ACT/NSW

Are comfortable with camera gear (not required, but a plus!)
