Bartender (Wanniassa)

Anatolia Mediterranean Restaurant are looking for experienced floor staff, must be excellent communicators and understand the importance of customer service, especially in a casual fine dining / upmarket environment.

We are a restaurant that operates for 6 dinner services, 3 lunch services and 2 breakfasts a week so you must be available to work, days and evenings. We are looking with someone who has ample availability from October to the end of December.

In this role you will:

- Experienced in all facets of bar operations, Barisra operations,cocktail execution with sound beverage product knowledge
- Impeccable attention to detail and presentation skills
- A RSA Competency card and full Australian working rights
