The City of Karratha is seeking a proactive Parks and Natural Areas Contract Administration Officer to support the delivery of essential parks, landscaping and natural area services across the community.

Key Responsibilities

Support tendering, quotation and contract administration processes

Maintain accurate contract records, registers and compliance documentation

Assist with financial tracking, reporting and procurement activities

Coordinate contract meetings, documentation and approvals

Support continuous improvement initiatives across procurement and contract processes

Role Requirements

Experience in contract administration, procurement, project support, or a related field

Robust organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail

Ability to manage competing priorities and work collaboratively with stakeholders

C Class Driver’s Licence and Current National Police Clearance
