Roster: Monday to Friday (7:00am–3:00pm) Location: Karratha – Gap Ridge Employment Type: Full-time Casual About the role: Support daily rental operations by coordinating equipment hire, managing customer enquiries and maintaining accurate system records. Work closely with customers and internal teams to deliver efficient, high-quality service. Skills & experience


- Previous administration experience (essential)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced workplace
- High attention to detail and accuracy

- Answer calls and liaise with customers
- Identify needs and provide hire solutions
- Prepare quotes and process rental contracts
- Raise purchase orders and manage off-hires
