About the role Reporting to the Branch Manager, this is a hands‑on customer service and sales role focused on delivering an exceptional experience at every interaction. Our purpose as a team is simple: provide value, reliability, and flexibility to every customer, every time. Duties
- Helping customers at the counter, over the phone, and via email
- Preparing quotes and guiding customers to the right products (training provided)
- Building strong relationships with customers and suppliers
- Keeping the branch organised, stocked, and looking great
- Pitching in across the team to keep things running smoothly Skills & Experience You don’t need electrical experience — just the right attitude and a passion for helping people
- Experience in trade sales, retail, hospitality, or any customer‑facing role
- A natural problem solver who enjoys finding solutions
- Comfortable with tech and familiar with Microsoft Office
- Positive, energetic, and team‑oriented
- Organised, proactive, and eager to learn
