About the role Reporting to the Branch Manager, this is a hands‑on customer service and sales role focused on delivering an exceptional experience at every interaction.

- Helping customers at the counter, over the phone, and via email Preparing quotes and guiding customers to the right products (training provided) Building strong relationships with customers and suppliers Keeping the branch organised, stocked, and looking outstanding Pitching in across the team to keep things running smoothly Skills & Experience You don’t need electrical experience — just the right attitude and a passion for helping people
