Job Description – Administration Officer

Reporting to the Site Manager, the Administration Officer will provide administrative and finance support within a busy industrial and site-based environment. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate payroll processing, invoice management, supplier reconciliation and data entry while supporting daily site operations.

Key Responsibilities: Process bulk payroll entries and timesheets accurately and within deadlines Raise and reconcile supplier purchase orders and invoices Maintain accurate records, spreadsheets and site documentation Provide administrative support to operational and site teams Work closely with blue collar employees and supervisors within an industrial workplace Manage large volumes of data with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Utilise advanced Excel functions including XLOOKUPs, VLOOKUPs, SUMIFS and Pivot Tables Follow up and resolve outstanding items in a timely manner Ensure compliance with company procedures and site requirements Support continuous improvement and effective administrative processes

Requirements: Previous experience in mining, industrial or site administration roles preferred

Solid payroll, invoicing and reconciliation experience Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Excellent communication and organisational skills Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines Reliable transport and ability to work onsite in Karratha
