About the role We have an exciting opportunityfor a Base Administrator to join our dynamic growing team. This role isideal for a proactive, organised individual seeking to build administration andfacilities coordination skills in a fast‑paced aviation environment. It offersa strong opportunity for career growth within a supportive and collaborativeteam. Reporting tothe Base Manager, this is a hands‑on role focused on base administration,providing essential support to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Responsibilities of the role include
- Provide a firstpoint of contact to all external enquiries by phone, email or in person anddirecting enquiries appropriately.
- Provideadministrative support including filing, archiving, meeting minutes, andassisting other departments as necessary.
- Maintainaccurate personnel records, including contact lists and staff recency data inAir Maestro.
- Arrange onsiteaccommodation for touring crew and visitors, liaise with the accommodationprovider for bookings and maintenance issues.
- Scheduleand conduct PHI inductions for current personnel to the base, visitors andcontractors. Monitor access to airside in accordance with Karratha Airportprocedures. Ensure a 100% induction standard is maintained.
- Manageaccommodation bookings for crew and visitors, liaising with providers as needed.
- Maintain noticeboards, ensuring information is current and regularly reviewed.
- Issue purchaseorders in accordance with the Company Policy, maintain records, match orders toinvoices and ensure accounts are forwarded to relevant personnel for payment.
- Order andmaintain sufficient inventory in stationery and amenity supplies. To be considered for this role, you will need

- Must hold or beeligible to apply for an ASIC card
