Karratha is part of that journey, and we’re looking for a hands‑on Retail Assistant Store Manager to help drive it forward.

In this role, you’ll support the Store Manager to lead the team, bring energy and purpose to every shift, and help create a store culture that puts people first. You’ll be actively involved in day‑to‑day operations, championing excellence across stock, standards and service, while helping build a team that’s ready to deliver outstanding results and embrace what’s ahead.

What You’ll Be Doing

Support the Store Manager to lead by example, delivering outstanding customer service and fostering strong team engagement

Take a hands‑on role in managing store operations, merchandising, and driving performance against sales targets

Help create a safe, inclusive, and high‑performing store environment where team members feel supported and empowered

Coach and develop team members, building capability and a positive, results‑driven culture

What You Bring

Previous retail leadership experience, ideally in a rapid‑paced, high‑volume environment

A proactive, hands‑on approach to store operations and team support

Strong communication, problem‑solving, and organisational skills

A collaborative leadership style focused on team development and operational excellence

A genuine passion for people, community, and delivering great customer experiences
