We are a growing retail business committed to delivering outstanding customer service, operational excellence, and a positive team culture. We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Manager to lead our store operations in Karratha, Western Australia.

About the Role

As a Retail Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operation of the store, ensuring high customer service standards, achieving sales and operational targets, and leading a successful team.

This is a full-time position based on 38 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage daily retail store operations to ensure effective business performance. Lead, supervise, coach, and support team members to achieve operational and customer service standards. Develop staff rosters and manage labour allocation in line with business requirements. Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve store targets and profitability. Manage inventory including ordering, stock control, stock rotation, and reduction of stock loss. Ensure compliance with company policies, workplace health and safety standards, and operational procedures. Handle customer enquiries and resolve complaints professionally to maintain customer satisfaction. Maintain store presentation, merchandising standards, cleanliness, and overall customer experience.

Qualifications & Experience

To be successful in this role, applicants must have: Diploma qualification in Retail Operations or equivalent qualification. Minimum one (1) year of full time relevant work experience in a retail supervisory or management role. Strong leadership and people management capability. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Ability to work in a quick-paced retail environment and achieve operational outcomes.
