We’re looking for a proactive and organised Treasury Administration Officer to support treasury, banking, cashflow management, grants administration, and financial services functions within a dynamic local government environment. - Assisting with cashflow forecasting, treasury administration, and investment activities including term deposits
- Completing daily bank reconciliations, investigating discrepancies, and maintaining accurate financial records
- Supporting grant administration processes including agreements, acquittals, and maintaining grant worksheets
- Assisting with banking portal administration, purchase card support, insurance matters, and general ledger journals
- Providing financial and administrative support across the wider Financial Services team as required Role Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in treasury, finance administration, and/or grant administration using computerised accounting systems
- Strong numeracy, analytical, and problem‑solving skills with the ability to investigate and resolve variances
- Well‑developed communication and organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and financial administration processes
- Certificate IV in Accounting (or relevant qualification) and a current C Class Driver’s Licence are desirable Why Join Us?
