- this is where you step up. We are currently seeking a site-based Project Coordinator to join our busy team on a 2/1 FIFO roster assisting with civil projects and site coordination. You will support the successful delivery of civil construction projects by coordinating operational, planning, and compliance activities on site in support of the Project Managers, Project Engineers and Site Supervisors. - Lead change management efforts as and when required,
- Partner with management to protect and enhance the bottom line [P&L;],
- Establish regular project reviews to ensure that the Project Execution systems are effectively used and updated with the most current project status,
- Provide regular updates on project progress, schedule deviations, and potential issues,
- Deploy standard systems and processes to ensure common project control processes are followed for all projects,
- Leverage existing tools and systems to optimize the Project Control Processes,
- Create and update project schedules/programs in compliance with Global Project Management Office guidelines,
- Manage day-to-day duties associated with the role. You’ll be working on a 2:1 FIFO roster from Perth, alongside experienced leaders and teams who know how to deliver in tough environments. Position requirements:
- To be the successful candidate, you will need to possess the following qualifications, skills, and attributes:
- High level of written and verbal communication skills,
- Prepare clear and concise reports and correspondence,
- A high level of interpersonal, conflict resolution and negotiation skills to effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders,
- Must be based in Western Australia,
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a mobilisation role,
- Experience with Pronto or similar ERP is desired though not essential,
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook,
- Previous experience working with complex rosters will be favourably considered. What’s you’ll get:
