The Facility Maintenance Assets Officer provides administrative and technical support to the Facility Maintenance team. The position assists with the effective maintenance management of the City’s buildings, facilities, and related assets, ensuring maintenance programs, compliance activities, and renewal works are delivered efficiently and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities
- Assets Administration
- Technical Assistance, including team & contractor meetings
- Support the implementation of asset management & compliance systems What we’re looking for
- Qualification in facility maintenance, facility management, construction, or related discipline (desirable).
- Experience in facility maintenance, asset management, infrastructure renewal planning, or technical project support within a maintenance, construction, or local government environment.
- Understanding of asset management principles, procurement, and contract administration.
- Experience in Drone operations and/or Asset Condition technology (desirable).
- Demonstrated project coordination and record management experience.
- National (or Federal) Police Certificate (no more than 6 months old) Why Join Us?
