Kitchen Hand - Part-time (Katoomba)

An exciting opportunity exists for a Kitchen Hand to **join our recent team as we build the new look Mountain Heritage Hotel.**

Mountain Heritage has a rich history in Katoomba and as new owners we want to take the dining experience to the next level by creating a destination fine dining restaurant for hotel guests and the public. The vision is to create a Relais et Chateau offering and this starts with forging a great relationship with a Head Chef who is passionate about their food and their team. In time we hope to achieve a hatted rating for the dining experience on offer.

**About the role**

This is a key role within the kitchen team. We are seeking a kitchen hand to assist our team by **ensuring equipment, plates & utensils are clean and tidy** so we are able to deliver a seamless customer service experience.
