**The Venue**

Perched on the edge of the escarpment, The Lookout at Echo Point precinct with panoramic views of the southern Blue Mountains, Kanangra-Boyd Wilderness and the iconic Three Sisters, this venue is located on Echo Point Road and offers majestic views from the upper and ground floor levels of this world class restaurant, café and wine bar.

**The Role**

You will be required to have experience working behind a bar and be passionate about customer service. You will be required to deliver quality service and customer satisfaction through the offering of quality products, consistency and top service standards in an extremely fast paced environment. It is highly desirable to have experience in waiting tables, as support across the different departments is a bonus. This role is for approximately 20
- 30 hours per week.

**You**

To be successful in this role, you must have;
- Must have at least 1-3 years’ experience
- Cocktail experience is favourable but not essential
- The ability to build a strong rapport with patrons and staff alike
- Be able to multitask at all times, the need for perfection in all duties
- Speed and efficiency with a keen eye for detail
- Have a strong knowledge of the hospitality industry and alcoholic products.
- Be able to promote both the venue and a fun working setting.
- Well-presented and spoken, have a passion for flair and creativity
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Have CLEAR and precise communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure & within a fast paced setting
- Flexible availability
