We’re on the lookout for a **vibrant, friendly, and professional** person to join our Hotel Reception team. About the Role
- **Part-time** | Minimum **15 hours per week**
- Be the face of our hotel
- **first impressions matter!** You’ll handle check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries with a smile.
- ** Reservations & guest services**
- from booking dream getaways to assisting with special requests, you’ll help create unforgettable experiences.
- ** A little bit of everything**
- from front desk duties to lending a hand with light housekeeping, you’ll keep things running smoothly.
- Bring **passion, attention to detail, and a love for great service** to every shift!

What We’re Looking For
- Experience in hotel front desk or housekeeping is a plus, but **not essential**
- we can teach you!
- A **people person** through and through
- you love making guests feel special.
- Someone **self-motivated, organised, and proactive**
- you take initiative and get things done.
- Immaculately presented with a professional yet **warm and friendly** demeanour.
- Able to work well under pressure and **keep cool in any situation.**
