Dining & Bar Supervisor (Katoomba)

Lead and inspire a team of floor staff, bar staff, and runners to deliver exceptional service.
- Act as the go-to person on the floor, ensuring smooth operations during service.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Train and mentor staff to uphold service standards and foster a positive work environment.
- Monitor and manage service quality, ensuring attention to detail in every aspect.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards.
- Support the planning and execution of events and special promotions.

- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate a team.
- Ability to work flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and peak periods.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Familiarity with POS systems (IMPOS) and rostering tools (Deputy) is an advantage.
