We’re on the lookout for a vibrant, friendly, and qualified person to join our Hotel Reception team. About the Role

Part-time | Minimum 15 hours per week

Be the face of our hotel
- first impressions matter! You’ll handle check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries with a smile.

Reservations & guest services
- from booking dream getaways to assisting with special requests, you’ll help create unforgettable experiences.

A little bit of everything
- from front desk duties to lending a hand with light housekeeping, you’ll keep things running smoothly.

Bring passion, attention to detail, and a love for great service to every shift!

What We’re Looking For

Experience in hotel front desk or housekeeping is a plus, but not essential
- we can teach you!

A people person through and through
- you love making guests feel special.

Someone self-motivated, organised, and proactive
- you take initiative and get things done.

Immaculately presented with a professional yet warm and friendly demeanour.

Able to work well under pressure and keep cool in any situation.

Versatile availability
- our hotel operates 7 days a week, including days, nights, weekends, and public holidays.
