DSV Air & Sea is seeking a skilled and passionate P&O; Specialist, Talent Acquisition to join our team in Melbourne. As a Talent Partner, you will support end to end recruitment, sourcing and engaging top talent across the business. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and timelines, manage job advertising, proactively source candidates, conduct screening, coordinate interviews and shortlisting. Beyond recruitment delivery, you will also be involved in exciting P&O; projects that provide exposure to broader people initiatives, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement — offering genuine opportunities to build your capability, expand your influence, and grow your career within a global organisation. This role is not for the faint hearted — it’s rapid paced, dynamic, and exciting, and it calls for someone who brings energy, resilience, and enthusiasm every day. What can you expect from us? - Proven experience as an end to end Recruiter, with strong local knowledge of the Freight Forwarding or Logistics industry.
- A team first mindset with a genuine passion for talent acquisition and building high performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to partner effectively with hiring managers and engage candidates.
