Gym Receptionist / Admin (Kelmscott)

About Us We are a new Muay Thai gym that has opened in the Kelmscott area. At The Muay Thai academy we want our gym to feel like a community where everyone can come together and learn the art of Muay Thai while feeling safe and supported. We offer kids, beginner and intermediate/ advanced classes to cater to all levels. What we are looking for The Muay Thai Academy is looking for a reliable and passionate casual/ part-time receptionist to join the team, Hours are approx 15-20 per week. Key Responsibilities
· Greeting members and creating a welcoming setting
· Ensure members are checked in to classes
· Managing emails, calls and messages.
· Managing memberships
· Keeping the reception/ visitor area clean and organised
· Assisting to film content for the social media pages when required The right candidate will
· Have a positive attitude and great people skills.
· Help build a positive, high-energy training environment that is safe and supportive.
· Strong communication skills and basic admin stills
· Reliable and punctual
· Have working with children check (or willing to obtain if successful)
· Be available Monday to Thursday 3:45-6:45pm (with possibility to work additional days if needed)
· Previous admin/ receptionist experience is preferred but not essential. What we offer
