Property Officer Your New Role: We are seeking a motivated and organised Property Officer to join our Commercial Business team. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative and customer service skills who has an interest in property, facilities, leasing, or local government operations. As the Property Officer, you will support the administration and management of Council-owned and managed properties. You will assist with leases and licences, contractor coordination, maintenance activities, compliance processes, customer enquiries, and a range of operational and administrative tasks across the property portfolio. Working closely with the Senior Property Manager and Property Coordinator, you’ll contribute to the efficient management of community and commercial assets while delivering high-quality service to internal and external stakeholders. For a full list of the Key Accountabilities of the role, please refer to the Position Description. About You: To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Certificate III or IV in Business Administration, Property Services, Local Government, Project or Contract Administration, or relevant experience.
- Strong administration and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience supporting procurement, contractors, or project administration activities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn and use multiple specialised software systems.
