About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to join our team. The Store Manager will bring exceptional leadership and retail management capabilities, prioritising and enhancing a customer‑centric retail experience. Your expertise in retail operations, business acumen, strategic planning, and community engagement will be crucial in optimising our store’s performance and profitability. - Team leadership and management – guiding, coaching and supporting the team to ensure exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
- Retail operations – overseeing all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, sales performance and compliance with company policies and procedures.

- Financial performance – managing budgets, cost control processes, inventory and sales forecasting to ensure profitability.
