We are looking for an experienced Specialist Support Coordinator to join our growing team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare comprehensive plan review reports for the NDIA
- Empower participants to understand and implement their NDIS plans
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to advocate for participants needs
- Managing complex caseloads, addressing barriers to accessing and maintaining supports

**About you**:

- Living in Australia with easy access to Beckenham Perth WA
- Experience as a Specialist Support Coordinator (Level 3) working with individuals with complex supports needs, preferably in the NDIS context
- Knowledge in NDIS Business Management
- Demonstrated negotiation, critical thinking and creative problem solving
- Strong knowledge of NDIS guidelines, community services, and applicable legislation
- Financial literacy to manage participants’ budgets
- Culturally sensitive and a team player
- NDIS Worker Screening check, Police check, Working with Children check, First Aid and CPR
- Tertiary qualification in Disability, Social Work, Psychology, Human Services or equivalent.
