About Us:

At D'Nest, we’re redefining the local dining and bar experience. With a vibrant bar, a cozy restaurant, and a thriving bottle shop, we aim to deliver exceptional food, drinks, and service to our customers. We have launched our newly renovated venue and we’re seeking talented people for our bar, restaurant and bottleshop. We have openings for both experienced supervisors and bar staff at all levels — casual and part-time hours available, nights and weekends.

The Role:

We’re a busy local venue with a friendly team and a steady mix of bar trade, restaurant service and bottleshop sales. Whether you’re stepping up into a leadership role or just starting out behind the bar, we’d like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities: Pouring beers, wine and mixed drinks Looking after guests at the bar, on the floor and in the bottleshop Running food orders and clearing tables Cash and EFTPOS handling Keeping the bar clean, stocked and well-presented For supervisors: opening and closing the venue, end-of-night cash up, briefing and mentoring staff, stock takes and handling guest issues

What We’re Looking For: Current RSA certificate (essential for all roles; RSG an advantage) Friendly, reliable and punctual Bar or hospitality experience preferred Confident communicator, calm under pressure Available nights and weekends

Pay: $70,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year

Experience Bar and Restaurant Management: 2 years (Preferred)
