Duty Manager (Thornlie)

The Thornlie is seeking a duty manager directly reporting to the Venue Managers.

The successful applicant must have
- A solid understanding of Gaming, Bar Operations, Sports Bar experience
- Maintain a high standard of service to all patrons, whilst ensuring compliance with company policies and government regulations
- Liaise well with our security team
- Ensure smooth running of the hotel on designated shifts, assigning staff to handle sections, floating and jumping in where needed.
- Be proficient in cash handling and cash reconciliation.
- Willing to take responsibility and accountability
- Must be able to train and mentor staff
- Must have Excellent communication skills, a strong customer service focus and be well presented.
- RSA & Approved Managers Essential

Pay: From $33.96 per hour

Expected hours: 20
- 35 per week
