The Role:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic team leader to oversee all aspects of our food, beverage, and bottle shop operations. You’ll be responsible for ensuring a seamless guest experience, driving revenue, and leading a motivated team to deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day floor operations during your shift Lead and motivate bar, restaurant, and bottle-shop staff Ensure smooth service, from welcoming guests to closing procedures Maintain high standards of customer service and venue presentation Handle cash and EFTPOS, monitor sales, and complete shift reports Support compliance with RSA, hygiene, and safety policies

What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in hospitality supervision or management (bar, pub, or restaurant) Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to stay calm and organised in a fast-paced workplace RSA certificate (required) – Approved Manager card Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays

Pay: $70,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year

Experience: Bar and Restaurant Management: 2 years (Preferred)
