We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Admin/Accounts Assistance to join our team.
This is a part time position with flexible schedule that is suitable for an individual with admin experience.
Allwest Turfing specialise in the supply of quality turf varieties and installation of turf on projects of all sizes for domestic, commercial and government clients. With over 30 years’ experience in the business and a commitment to quality and impeccable customer service, Allwest Turfing are an established and reputable leader in the turfing and landscaping industry and are looking to grow our office team.
Our office is in Beckenham.
The role Admin/Accounts Assistant is to support the day-to-day invoicing and accounts, payroll, maintenance of HR database and OSH registers and general office administration as part of a team.
What the Roles requires
MYOB experience is essential.
Excel / Word experience is essential.
Has valuable communication skills and is super-efficient at what they do.
Can work autonomously.
Has had experience in a similar role.
Is excellent with technology.
Loves a good task list to tick off as they go throughout the day.
A willingness to bring and implement new systems and processes to streamline operations.
Cert 111 or IV Accounting & Bookkeeping an advantage.
Payroll Knowledge an advantage
Job Types: Part-time, Casual
Salary: From $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25
- 30 per week
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Experience:
Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
Administration: 3 years (preferred)
Work Authorisation:
Australia (required)
