Manager On Duty (Langford)

**The Role**: We are looking for an experienced and dynamic team leader to oversee all aspects of our food, beverage, and bottle shop operations. You’ll be responsible for ensuring a seamless guest experience, driving revenue, and leading a motivated team to deliver exceptional service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee day-to-day floor operations during your shift
- Lead and motivate bar, restaurant, and bottle-shop staff
- Ensure smooth service, from welcoming guests to closing procedures
- Maintain high standards of customer service and venue presentation
- Handle cash and EFTPOS, monitor sales, and complete shift reports
- Support compliance with RSA, hygiene, and safety policies

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Previous experience in hospitality supervision or management (bar, pub, or restaurant)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to stay calm and organised in a fast-paced environment
- RSA certificate (required)
- Approved Manager card
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays

**Experience**:

- Bar and Restaurant Management: 2 years (preferred)
