**THE OPPORTUNITY**

In a key leadership role, you will guide and work closely with the existing Keysborough VIC team to ensure that projects are being completed efficiently and effectively, delivering the highest quality service to our valued customers.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Creating, maintaining, and updating production schedules
- Co-ordinate and schedule daily production plans
- Optimising production workflow and performance
- Ensure efficient collaboration and co-ordination between relevant departments including procurement, distribution and management.
- Training and developing the production team
- Creating and maintaining a protected workplace

**REMUNERATION**
- $110,000
- $120,000+ base salary plus superannuation

**ABOUT YOU**
- Proven experience in fast-paced, lean manufacturing management
- Fabrication trade or similar background is favourable
- Understanding of MRB systems and scheduling
- A hands-on approach to leadership
- Confidence to coordinate manufacturing processes in a least cost manner
- Ability to improve efficiency of the manufacturing operations
- Ability to interact well with internal and external customers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritise workloads and work under pressure
- Safety-focused with the ability to lead a safety culture
