$130,000 inc. super | Full time | On-site An opportunity for a high‑calibre Executive Assistant who thrives in fast‑paced, highly visible environments and loves bringing structure, calm and impact to senior leadership teams. Location & Work Pattern
- SE Location (4 days per week) & CBD (1 day per week)
- Full‑time, on‑site role (no WFH) The Role This is no typical EA role. You will operate as a strategic partner, managing competing priorities, navigating senior stakeholders and transforming verbal direction into seamless outcomes. A standout element is end‑to‑end event management, from leadership off‑sites to internal and corporate events, requiring precision, creativity and flawless execution. Key Responsibilities
- Provide high‑level executive and administrative support to a Group GM
- Manage complex calendars, meetings and domestic/international travel
- Prepare executive correspondence, reports and presentations
- Act as the central liaison across leadership teams and external stakeholders
- Plan and deliver internal and external events – from concept through to execution
- Coordinate leadership meetings, agendas, minutes and follow‑ups
- Support onboarding, team coordination and strategic initiatives
- Handle confidential information with absolute discretion What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leaders
- Demonstrated event management experience (essential)
- Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills
- Strong written and verbal communication with high EQ
- Confidence operating in fast‑paced, high‑pressure environments
- Advanced MS Office and calendar management expertise
- Ability to anticipate needs and solve problems proactively What’s on Offer
