We’re looking for a Senior Finance Systems Accountant to join our Global Head Office and play a key role in driving process improvement, automation, and system optimisation across our finance function. This is not your typical accounting role. What makes this role different
- You won’t be stuck in month‑end or BAU reporting cycles.
- You’ll focus on improving processes rather than maintaining them.
- You’ll work across finance, IT, and global teams to drive change. Key responsibilities
- Identifying and delivering process improvements across finance.
- Driving automation and efficiency using our ERP (Microsoft Business Central).
- Partnering with finance, IT, and global stakeholders to enhance systems and workflows.
- Supporting transformation initiatives, including future projects like AP automation (Coupa).

- CA/CPA qualified (or equivalent).
- Experience in ERP systems and finance transformation or process improvement.
- Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel skills.
- Exposure to systems like Business Central, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite or similar.
- Someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and working cross‑functionally. Bonus points for
- Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, or other automation tools.
- Exposure to large or complex business environments. What’s in it for you
