- Certificate III Home and Community Care or equivalent (minimum)
- Previous experience in home care or a related field is preferred.
- Robust interpersonal and communication skills.
- Empathy and compassion for individuals with varying needs.
- Trustworthy and reliable with a vehicle.
- Flexibility. Mandatory
