About the role This is a hands-on office administration role at the center of our daily operations. You will be one of the key links between our clients, our casual workforce, and our internal team. Your day will involve responding to client requests, understanding what staff are needed, helping coordinate suitable workers, allocating shifts in our CRM, and making sure information is accurate, timely, and actioned properly. This role will suit someone who enjoys a fast-moving environment, communicates clearly, stays organized under pressure, and takes real ownership of outcomes. It is ideal for a person who can work independently, think on their feet, and still be a strong team contributor. Key responsibilities
- Liaise with clients to understand staffing requests, job requirements, and service expectations.
- Coordinate the hiring and booking of casual staff to meet client needs.
- Allocate workers to shifts using Entire OnHire or similar CRM/rostering systems.
- Keep candidate, client, booking, and shift records accurate and up to date.
- Respond quickly to schedule changes, cancellations, urgent bookings, and day-of-shift issues.
- Provide broader office and administrative support, including communication, reporting, and general coordination across the team. What you’ll bring
- At least 1 year of experience in an administration, office support, workforce coordination, recruitment administration, or similar role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and confident phone manner.
- Excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Good judgment and analytical ability, especially when matching client needs with available staff and resolving scheduling issues.
- A proactive approach and the ability to work independently while also contributing positively to a team environment.
