Customer Relations Officer: Full-time- Aged Care
Location: Springvale South, VIC, Australia, 3172
Employment Type: Permanent Full time

About The Role
The Customer Relations Officer is the primary support for the Home Manager responsible for occupancy at the home, completing associated tasks from enquiries through to welcome and resident transition, with the goal of balancing the right resident for the home and optimising occupancy.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain a strong focus on customer service excellence and represent the Calvary Brand with each internal/external customer transaction.
Practice in accordance with Calvary and relevant Government Health policies and procedures, the position description, Code of Conduct and industrial agreements.
Support and always promote the home and organisation in a positive and qualified manner.
Oversee general presentation of the home, ensuring it is well presented and welcoming for residents and visitors from the moment they arrive, including office areas.
Set up vacant rooms as “display” rooms so they are welcoming and ready to be shown to potential residents and their families.
What You Bring
NDIS Clearance check or willingness to obtain one
Strong focus on building and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Excellent customer service skills.
Demonstrated ability to work within a team environment.
High attention to detail.
Ability to understand and use contemporary IT applications and platforms (including MS Office, Teams, etc.) and learn new ones when required.
A thorough understanding of occupancy targets, room prices and target resident mix (e.g., number of supported residents) for the home.
Sound knowledge of administrative practices.
Proven organisational skills and attention to detail, with demonstrated ability to prioritise own workload and to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, meeting competing deadlines and delivering high-quality outcomes.
