Customer Experience Consultant (Keysborough)

**The Opportunity**: Veolia ANZ is seeking an experienced Customer Experience Consultant to join our Premium Care team based in Keysborough. As the Customer Experience Consultant you will act as the first point of contact for our National customers and respond to a wide range of queries in an efficient and timely manner.

This is a full time permanent office based position, that would suit someone who thrives in a fast paced environment and understands the importance of providing excellent customer service.

**What you'll be responsible for**:

- Attend to a high volume of incoming customer calls promptly and efficiently
- Maintain excellent relationships with internal and external customers and stakeholders
- Manage a variety of customer queries including; operations, quotations, subcontracting, price increases, complaints
- Support National Key Account customers

**What you'll need to be successful**:

- Previous experience within a fast paced call centre setting highly advantageous
- Waste industry experience desired but not essential
- Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team
- Excellent computer literacy and experience with Google Suite, DOS based systems and Salesforce is advantageous
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure work environment with rapidly changing priorities
