About the role

Must have experience with load restraints. A rare opportunity at our Nathan Road site, you’ll be accountable for the protected loading, training warehouse teams and drivers, managing compliance records, and leading a safety‑first culture. Day shift: 5 am – 1 pm.

Responsibilities

Safe loading and delivery of customer orders

Train warehouse teams and drivers in Load Restraint and safe loading

Maintain Driver Log Books, BFM records and run Load Restraint courses

Routine trailer audits (min. 3/week) and weekly Driver Toolboxes

Report and resolve safety hazards via Noggin

Qualifications

Experience in transport, logistics or warehouse operations

Solid knowledge of Load Restraint requirements

BFM accreditation (or willingness to obtain)

Proactive communicator who takes ownership
