You bring people with you, communicate clearly and create environments where teams feel supported, accountable and motivated to perform at their best. You’re curious, solutions‑focused and comfortable making decisions in dynamic environments.You’ll be joining a collaborative supply chain leadership team that values shared learning, practical problem‑solving and backing each other through challenge. If you enjoy improving systems, developing leaders and seeing the direct impact of your work on customers and stores, you’ll feel right at home here.You’ll need:Strong proven experience leading large‑scale DC operations or a network of Distribution CentresA strong track record of building and sustaining a positive safety cultureExperience delivering results across service, cost, productivity and inventory management KPIsCommercial capability, including managing budgets, operational costs and supplier contractsConfidence working with data, reporting and performance metrics to inform decisionsExperience using a Warehouse Management SystemThe ability to manage change effectively in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environmentTertiary qualifications in Logistics or Supply Chain (advantageous, but not essential)You’ll be part of a workplace where you’ll feel like you belong.We love the diversity across our teams, brought together in an inclusive culture guided by our values.
