Wedding & Events Sales Manager (Lancefield)

At Lancemore Hotels, we bring weddings and events to life with style, flair and a deeply personal touch. We’re now searching for a passionate **Sales Manager** to lead wedding and event sales at **Cleveland Estate**, our beautifully restored vineyard property in the heart of the Macedon Ranges.

**About the Role** Reporting to the General Manager, this is a unique chance to grow and convert wedding and event business at one of regional Victoria’s most iconic boutique destinations. You’ll work across lead generation, site inspections, relationship management and account growth. A blend of office-based and work-from-home flexibility is available, with some weekend work required for client meetings and property tours.

**What You’ll Bring**
- Proven experience in wedding and events sales (plus a strong grasp of other market segments)
- Drive to meet and exceed KPIs, with outstanding conversion and negotiation skills
- A mix of existing networks and the hunger to build more
- Warm, engaging communication style

- Confidence with cold calling, lead generation and familiarisations
- A hands-on, team player attitude with a flair for boutique hospitality
- A self-motivated mindset and comfort working autonomously
