Weddings and Events are done brilliantly with style and flair at Lancemore Hotels. Reporting to the General Manager, this is a great chance for a Sales Manager, with a background in the wedding and event markets, to work with an amazing product and team and make a difference in our Cleveland Estate Macedon Ranges hotel.

The successful applicant will have previous experience driving sales, sourcing new clients, maintaining existing relationships and maximizing sales. A combination office/work from home environment will be offered. Some weekend work will be required conducting site inspections to prospective clients.

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Experience in Sales Management role, with strong exposure to the Wedding and Events markets as well as broad understanding of other segments
- Experienced, successful and passionate about meeting sales targets and KPI's
- Have some established networks
- Strong sales conversion skills, able to negotiate commercial outcomes and hungry to secure new business
- Passion for managing and maintaining key accounts
- Team player, great personality and passion for boutique Hotels and the service that matches the quality of our product
- Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with a dash of charm
- Success in selling via lead generation and cold calling
- Experience in conducting familiarisation and site inspections at the property
- You will have a 'can do' attitude and understand what it takes to achieve the best results and provide an unforgettable experience for their clientele
