Medical Receptionist Kilmore

Join our supportive team at MED1 Clinic Kilmore as a Medical Receptionist, combining front-of-house service with light clinical room-support duties. This role is perfect for someone organised, friendly, and passionate about creating a great experience for patients and doctors.

About the Role

You’ll be the welcoming face of our clinic, ensuring smooth patient flow, excellent customer service, and well-prepared consultation rooms. No clinical procedures are required — just strong organisation, attention to detail, and a willingness to help.

Key Responsibilities Front-of-House

Greet patients and manage check-ins, appointments, payments and enquiries.

Maintain a calm, clean and professional reception area.

Administration

Keep office supplies topped up (paper, staplers, sticky tape, printer ink).

Scan, file, and manage patient documents with accuracy.

Assist with recalls, reminders, data entry and patient follow-ups.

Consult Room Setup (Non-Clinical Support)

Prepare doctors’ rooms at the start and end of each day by ensuring:

Gloves, sample containers, tongue depressors and basic consumables are stocked.

Equipment is available and in working order (stethoscope, otoscope, ophthalmoscope, oximeter).

Lights, blinds, bed paper, printer, and computer are ready for use.

General, recycling and doctor’s bins are correctly placed and emptied when required.

What We’re Looking For

Warm, skilled communicator with excellent customer service skills.

Highly organised and able to multitask in a busy environment.

Comfortable using computers, phones, and office equipment.

A team player who enjoys supporting doctors, nurses and patients.
