Kilmore Veterinary Practice is looking for a dedicated receptionist to join our friendly team to help us provide the highest standard of care to our beloved patients.

Experience in a clinical reception setting is vital.

A part time or full time role spread over Monday-Friday

Key Responsibilities:

· Answering telephone calls and assisting clients with enquiries

· Scheduling appointments

· Processing payments

· Offering products available at the clinic

· Collaborating with our veterinary team to ensure seamless client communication

· Utilising EzyVet software to coordinate appointments and manage records
