Responsibilities: As our Practice Nurse you will play a crucial role in the delivery of exceptional healthcare services to our patients. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Working alongside GPs and allied health professionals
- Conducting health assessments
- Creating care plans and managing chronic disease management plans
- Performing wound care
- Providing immunisations
- Providing triage to patients
- Treatment room and stock management
- General practice clinical tasks Qualifications:
- Relevant nursing qualification
- Current AHPRA registration
