Accounts Receivable Officer (Kilsyth)

Located at our global head office in Kilsyth, Melbourne, we are seeking an Accounts Receivable Officer to join our dynamic Finance team to support operations, this is a permanent position and is available for an immediate start. **To be successful in this role you will possess the following attributes**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, encompassing intermediate-level skills in utilising formulas, functions, formatting, sorting, and conducting V-lookups.
- Familiarity with JDE or other ERP systems would be advantageous.
- While not mandatory, prior experience in interpreting ABN/ACN/ASIC and PPSR data/registrations would be highly valued.
- A basic understanding of GST rules is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing data.
- Capable of working autonomously with mínimal supervision while consistently meeting deadlines.
- Exposure to a high-volume Accounts Receivable environment and experience with reconciliations would be advantageous.

**Your duties will include but not limited to**:

- Accounts Receivable
- Data Entry/Processing
- Reconciliation of Customer Accounts
- Debt collection and Delinquent Debtor reporting
- Allocation of payments
- Processing credit card payments
- General office administration.
